Do not cut on the mat.
Do not fold the mat; store it rolled up.
Do not use grease or oils.
Do not use the mat if it is torn or damaged.
Never use on direct heat (e.g., stovetops, hot plates) or as an oven liner on the bottom of the oven.
A slight oily feel or discoloration after use is normal.
